Job summary

Avantara Watertown is seeking an RN Staff Nurse to join our caring clinical team. You will ensure residents receive medications and care per their care plan, conduct assessments, and serve as a team leader.

A South Dakota RN license is required; prior long-term care experience is preferred. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, starting wage $30.00 per hour, shift differentials, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with employer match, and growth opportunities.

As a RN Staff Nurse you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Watertown by ensuring residents receive the medication and care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of South Dakota RN license. Prior long term care experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
