Job summary

The Terraces at Summitview - a HumanGood community in Washington is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time or part-time roles. The RN will oversee the total nursing needs of residents and implement our person-directed care philosophy.

Shifts include Day (6:45 AM–3:15 PM), Evening (2:45–11:15 PM), and NOC (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with pay ranging from $42.50 to $53.30 per hour, plus shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for residents
• Perform nursing evaluations and assessments
• Develop plans of care and supervise resident care
• Coordinate assignments with care partners to ensure resident satisfaction

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”

Full-Time and Part-Time schedules available!

Shifts Available:

Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM

Evening Shift: 2:45 - 11:15 PM

NOC Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay range:

$42.50 - $53.30/hr depending on experience.

Shift Differentials:

• Evening: +$1.00/hr
• NOC: +$2.00/hr

A day in the life may include:

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current RN license in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
• New grads are welcome!
