Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be creating and managing a plan of care for individual patients. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented RN with a compassionate approach, dedicated to creating personalized care plans and effectively observing and communicating in the best interest of patients. Responsibilities

3. Document changes in patient conditions and report findings.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Basic Requirements
