Job summary

The Center at Grande is seeking a registered nurse to join our on-site team in Tyler, Texas. You will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents on a full-time day shift (6 AM–6 PM) with every other weekend off.

We offer a competitive salary with a $3.50/hour weekend differential, overtime opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including matching 401(k), PTO, three health insurance plans, vision and dental coverage, and life and disability options.

Qualifications

RN license in the state of Texas.
CPR certification.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
Commitment to upholding professional and ethical nursing standards.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Monitor and document patient status and treatments.
Support residents' physical and emotional well-being.
