Job summary

Slate Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Granville, NY. The role provides care guidance to residents and families, monitors and administers medications, and documents care in resident records.

The successful candidate will work within infection-control guidelines, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality care while protecting resident privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Should work well in a team environment.

• Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office.

REQUIREMENTS:
