Job summary

Concord Care and Rehabilitation Center of Toledo is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team in Toledo. You will observe and record patient behavior, perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests, administer medications, and educate patients and families on treatment plans.

The role requires an Ohio RN license, CPR certification, and Covid-19 vaccination, with opportunities for ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license
• CPR Certification and training
• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
• Ability to observe and record patient behavior
• Ability to read and interpret patient information and assist with treatment plans

Responsibilities

• Observe and record patient behavior and complaints
• Carry out prescribed physical examinations and diagnostic tests
• Administer medications and change wound dressings as directed
• Counsel patients and families on treatment plans
• Coordinate with supervisors and doctors to determine best treatment plans
• Supervise nursing staff including nurses and aides
• Support continuous improvement of healthcare processes and patient outcomes

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Duties & Requirements:

• Valid Ohio state license(s)


• CPR Certification and training


• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination


• Observe and record patient behavior


• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests


• Collect patient health history


• Counsel and educate patients and their families on treatment plans


• Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options


• Read and interpret patient information, making treatment decisions when appropriate


• Consult with supervisors and doctors to decide on the best treatment plan for patients


• Direct and supervise nurses, nurse assistants and nurse aides


• Research ways to improve healthcare processes and improve patient outcomes
