Job summary

Concord Care and Rehabilitation Center of Toledo is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to join our compassionate team in Toledo, Ohio. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with flexible scheduling and supportive leadership.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting patient status, and collaborating with physicians to adjust care plans. A valid Ohio RN license, CPR certification, and vaccination proof are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio state RN license required.
• CPR certification and training.
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and change wound dressings.
• Observe and record patient behavior and health history.
• Counsel and educate patients and families on treatment plans.
• Read and interpret patient information to support treatment decisions in coordination with doctors.
• Direct and supervise nursing staff and aides.

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Duties & Requirements:

• Valid Ohio state license(s)
• CPR Certification and training
• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
• Observe and record patient behavior
• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
• Collect patient health history
• Counsel and educate patients and their families on treatment plans
• Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options
• Read and interpret patient information, making treatment decisions when appropriate
• Consult with supervisors and doctors to decide on the best treatment plan for patients
• Direct and supervise nurses, nurse assistants and nurse aides
• Research ways to improve healthcare processes and improve patient outcomes
• Additional duties as assigned by job description, Director of Nursing, Administrator, or Regional Support team
