Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring proper resident care in a clean and safe environment.
• Developing and implementing nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Making nursing diagnoses to guide care strategies.
• Collaborating with residents and healthcare team members.
• Recording medication administration.
• Monitoring staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and tasks are performed per regulations and safety procedures.
• Using nursing equipment and supplies appropriately.
• Performing other duties as directed.

Qualifications of the Registered Nurse include:

• Active RN license.
• Experience as an RN in a nursing community, with SNF/LTC experience preferred.
• Desire to care for residents and act with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
