Apploi is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois to provide high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based setting in Streator. The RN will perform resident assessments, develop care plans, coordinate with the IDT, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with IDPH/CMS standards.
