Touchstone Communities’ The Heights of Bulverde (San Antonio, TX area) seeks an experienced RN Charge Nurse for a 6P-6A shift. You will lead care teams, guide residents holistically, and deliver clinical excellence with faith-inspired service.

Candidates must hold a current Texas RN license (or Compact State), demonstrate compassionate leadership, and build trusting relationships with residents and families.
