Job summary

Cedar Ridge Center - WV is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time day shift. You will provide comprehensive patient care for a diverse resident population, coordinating with the care team to meet individual needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR certification is required.

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure proper task execution.
• Communicate patient information with staff and between shifts.

Responsibilities:

You will provide care for a variety of patients/residents with an array of complex diagnoses leading to enhanced knowledge and skills in many different areas.

Posted Salary Range: USD $37.00 - USD $42.00 /Hr.
