Job summary

Manor House Care Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. You will help manage the clinical operations on your assigned unit, guide and educate staff, and uphold infection prevention standards to ensure residents receive top-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an unencumbered Iowa or compact state RN license, with SNF experience preferred. This full-time position offers competitive wages, shift differentials, and opportunities for professional growth

As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Manor House Care Center by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident’s needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
