Job summary

Fir Lane Care is hiring an RN to provide comprehensive nursing care for patients at our Shelton, WA facility. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned
• Administer, observe, and record medications, treatments, vital signs, symptoms and general condition of patient
• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participate with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge
• Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications and Skills:
