Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in our rehabilitation center. The role supports patients and their families, with AM and NOC shifts and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate treatments.

The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, participate in quality improvement, and stay current with industry standards to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license.
• Provide direct patient care with adherence to care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on AM and NOC shifts, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement treatment strategies
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting all care and treatment provided
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in care
