Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care on AM and NOC shifts within a rehabilitation center. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, while maintaining confidential patient records and promoting wellness and independence for patients and their families.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify patient needs and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance outcomes and satisfaction
