Schoenbrunn Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to care for patients in a home-like, in-person setting. The ideal candidate will supervise LPNs, follow health and safety guidelines, and deliver high-quality nursing care with minimal supervision.

The role emphasizes compassionate, cool-tempered bedside care, collaboration with physicians, and rapid response in emergencies. Full‑time position with relocation to New Philadelphia, OH required.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a registered nurse.
BSN or nursing diploma required.
Valid nursing license.
Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

Monitor patient’s condition and assess needs to provide best possible care.
Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans.
Perform routine procedures (blood pressure, injections, etc.) and fill in charts.
Adjust and administer medications and provide treatments per physician’s orders.
Maintain hygiene and safety in facilities (decontamination, cleaning).
Provide instant medical care in emergencies.
Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and families.

We are looking for Registered Nurses to care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well‑trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be compassionate and cool‑tempered. You will be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote patient’s well‑being by providing high‑quality nursing care.

RN Responsibilities

Provide instant medical care in emergencies
Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants
Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families

RN Skills

Proven experience as a registered nurse
Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
Excellent knowledge of emergency care
In‑depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
