Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home, one-on-one nursing care for patients in Scandia, KS. You will work within a mission-driven, nurse-led team focused on patient dignity and outcomes, delivering skilled care directly in patients' homes.

The role emphasizes developing individualized care plans, documenting patient progress, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas RN license and CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
