Caring Healthcare is seeking an LVN/RN for the Weekend Double shift on the skilled hall. The role involves providing a full range of nursing in an interdisciplinary setting, including treatments, care planning, and medication administration with IV therapy.

You will deliver direct patient care, solve problems, and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff to ensure high-quality outcomes for patients and residents.

The LVN/RN is a vitality specialist that helps change the lives of patients and residents each day. This position is for the Weekend Double shift on the skilled hall. A LPV/LVN is responsible for providing a full range of nursing in an interdisciplinary environment including:

• Provision of Direct Patient Care

• Monitoring Patient Care provided by unlicensed staff
