Job summary

William E. Christoffersen Salt Lake Veterans Home is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily resident care in Salt Lake City, UT.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, support mobility and meals, and collaborate with nurses to ensure high‑quality care. This part‑time role includes rotating weekends and shifts, with pay ranging from $21.12 to $24.51 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in good standing.
• Ability to pass required employment screenings.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Monitor and record resident vital signs.
• Help residents with mobility, positioning, and meals.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Communicate with nurses and caregivers to support quality care.
