• Supervise and direct CNA staff and other nursing team members as appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate resident records and progress notes.
• Respond to changes in residents' conditions and needs.
• Promote dignity, independence, safety, comfort and quality of life.
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Franklin County Rehab is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional skilled nursing team.

As an RN at Franklin County Rehab, you will play an important role in providing high-quality clinical care to our residents while working collaboratively with nurses, nursing assistants, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.

We are looking for motivated nursing professionals who take pride in their work and are committed to providing safe, compassionate, and individualized care in a supportive environment.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and facility policies.

• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition, promptly reporting concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Supervise and provide direction to CNA staff and other nursing team members as appropriate.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and members of the healthcare team.
