As a fast-growing, leading provider, we proudly serve patients across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) in Branson, MO to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Patient needs range from weekly hours to 24‑hour care, allowing for multiple scheduling options from short visits on a weekly basis to full 12‑hour shifts or a blend of both. Patients range from high acuity to those who only need basic medical management.

Schedule Needs

Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM 12‑hour shifts. The patient is open to fewer hours if needed. No weekend coverage is needed at this time.

Patient Preferences

Values independence and prefers to remain actively involved in his daily routines. Prefers to manage his own vital signs and organize his own medical equipment. Appreciates caregivers who respect his personal systems and home organization preferences. Sensitive to loud noises; housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming may require accommodation. Strong preference for maintaining privacy and control over medication management.

Ideal Candidate

Reliable, professional, and confident. Able‑bodied and comfortable assisting with mobility and outdoor activities. Strong communication skills and professional boundaries. Flexible, patient, and able to adapt to individualized care preferences.

Comfortable working in a smoking environment. Prior home health, hospice, or DOL experience preferred but not required. Smoking occurs inside the home. Patients have experienced previous health‑related challenges that can occasionally impact mood and frustration tolerance. Success in this role requires patience, consistency, and the ability to provide supportive care while respecting patient autonomy.
