We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) in Branson, MO to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan.
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Patient needs range from weekly hours to 24‑hour care. This allows for multiple scheduling options, from short visits on a weekly basis to full 12‑hour shifts or a blend of both. Patients range from high acuity to those who only need basic medical management.
Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, which allows our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come.
You’ll get to advocate for the patients and work one‑on‑one to provide them with the care that they need.
This role will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians.
Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM 12‑hour shifts. The patient is open to fewer hours if needed.
No weekend coverage is needed at this time.
Values independence and prefers to remain actively involved in his daily routines.
Prefers to manage his own vital signs and organize his own medical equipment.
Appreciates caregivers who respect his personal systems and home organization preferences.
Sensitive to loud noises; housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming may require accommodation.
Strong preference for maintaining privacy and control over medication management.
Reliable, professional, and confident.
Able‑bodied and comfortable assisting with mobility and outdoor activities.
Strong communication skills and professional boundaries.
Flexible, patient, and able to adapt to individualized care preferences.
Prior home health, hospice, or DOL experience preferred but not required.
Smoking occurs inside the home.
Patients have experienced previous health‑related challenges that can occasionally impact mood and frustration tolerance.
Success in this role requires patience, consistency, and ability to provide supportive care while respecting patient autonomy.
Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
$45 - $50 an hour.
