Pleasanton North is currently searching for talented Registered Nurses interested in joining our team! We have 6p-6a available shifts.

The primary purpose of the Nurse is to ensure the highest quality of resident care, support staff, and establish a positive community reputation while embodying Eduro Healthcare Values of wellness, compassion, customer experience, and company results.

Daily Pay Available

Responsibilities:

• Assume authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for job duties.
• Receive shift reports, assess residents' physical and emotional status, and evaluate care needs.
• Delegate direct care responsibilities to appropriate nursing personnel based on needs and staff ability.
• Manage all aspects of direct resident care within the Nurse Practice Act guidelines.
• Ensure restorative measures are performed as per care plans and report any changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist physicians during rounds and inform them of residents' status and emergencies.
• Plan schedules for education, supervision, and performance evaluations of nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate resident charts and care plans, ensuring timely and descriptive entries.
• Document daily nursing notes and monthly summaries as scheduled.
• Execute physician orders promptly, including lab tests, therapies, and medication administration.

Requirements:

• Valid RN/LVN license in good standing.
• Successful completion of training and competency evaluation.
• Completion of required orientation.
• Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.
• Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
• Clear criminal background check.
• Proof of identity and employment eligibility within three days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
