Bedford Care Centers in Mississippi is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead Nurses and Nurse Aides in a long-term care facility. The role requires planning, organizing, and supervising one or more nursing units, with a focus on compassionate elder care and compliance with policies and regulations.
The ideal candidate will hold an RN license in Mississippi, obtain TB certification within the first year, and pass drug screens and background checks.

Supervises, organizes and directs the work of Nurses and Nurse Aides in Long-Term Care Facility compliant with Company Policies, State, Federal Laws and Regulations ; must be able to plan, organize, and supervise one or more Nursing Units; must have excellent oral and written communication skills and a sincere desire to work with the elderly; must sustain the cooperation of others; must communicate courteously and respectfully with Employees, Residents and others.
RN License in good standing in State of Mississippi; must possess or obtain TB Certification within first year of accepting position; prefer experience in Long-Term Care Nursing Supervision with comprehensive knowledge of Long-Term Care Nursing principles and practices and their relation to medical practices, skills and application; must pass drug screens and have a satisfactory Criminal History Background Check
