Job summary

Lexington Renal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania to deliver skilled clinical care within a resident-centered setting. The role requires an active PA RN license, BLS certification, and hemodialysis experience, with responsibilities including medication administration, care plan execution, documentation, and team collaboration.

We offer a full-time position with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay options.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nursing practice standards and physician plan of treatment and care plan
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care
• Monitor and assess residents; report changes promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and facility policy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
• Ensure infection control and nursing regulatory compliance

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of PA.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

• Must have hemodialysis experience.
