Lexington Renal Care in Philadelphia is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and an all-inclusive pay range of $52-$57 per hour. The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care plans are followed in collaboration with the care team.

Qualified candidates hold a PA RN license, valid BLS, and dialysis experience, with strong assessment and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Hemodialysis experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nursing standards, physician plan, and care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans by Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents, report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and nursing regulations compliance.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of PA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Must have hemodialysis experience.
