Job summary

HCA Healthcare's West Florida Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day shifts to support patient care and efficient clinic operations in Pensacola, Florida. You will provide clinical expertise to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative team.

Candidates must graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold an active RN license, and have 1–3 years of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• 1–3 years' experience as a registered nurse is preferred.
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage efficient flow of patients including screening, preparation for exam, providing general nursing care, and arranging tests and admissions.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
• Maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
• Check rooms daily for necessary supplies.
• Respond to and refer incoming telephone calls (may include phone triage when needed).
