Job summary

Plaza Community Living Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team on a full-time, 3pm–11pm shift. You will evaluate and deliver resident care, administer medications, and document care plans according to physician orders.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration, treatments, ADL care as ordered by physician and stated in the plan of care.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care.
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status.
• Maintain up-to-date medical records during tour of duty on the assigned unit.

Full time | 3pm to 11pm

Registered Nurse ( RN ) duties include but are not limited to:

• Evaluation and delivery of care including medication administration, treatments, Adl care, etc. as ordered by physician and outlined in the plan of care (according to scope of practice)
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure resident/patients receive quality care based on professional standards and facility policies
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status
• Maintain up to date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit.
