Elara Caring in Parma, Ohio is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Home Health to join our growing home care team. You will assess patients, complete initial and ongoing evaluations, and implement plans of care in collaboration with physicians and the care team.

We welcome RN license holders with 1+ year of clinical nursing experience; home health experience is a plus. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes.

Formación

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate).
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical care setting.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patient handling.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

As a Registered Nurse Home Health , you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
