Job summary

Kadima Health and Nursing at Palmyra is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our team. Our mission is to provide quality care to residents in a loving, compassionate environment that attends to physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.

The ideal candidate has graduated from an accredited nursing program and holds PA RN licensure. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise non-licensed staff, and help modify care plans in line with federal, state, and local standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure and registration as a Registered Nurse by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents' attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director of the facility.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological needs of the resident, in accordance with established and medical practices, and the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility
• Other duties as needed
