Job summary

Kadima Health and Nursing at Palmyra is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team, delivering high‑quality, compassionate care to our residents in a supportive environment that respects physical, spiritual, and emotional well‑being.

As an RN, you will provide direct nursing care under physicians and nursing leadership, supervise non‑licensed personnel, help tailor treatment plans to individual needs, and perform additional duties to ensure safe, compliant, and person‑centered care daily.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required.
• Licensure and registration by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents' attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director of the facility.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological needs of the resident, in accordance with established and medical practices, and the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility
• Other duties as needed
