Job summary

Aviata Health Group in Palm Harbor, FL seeks an RN for the Countryside facility located at 3825 Countryside Blvd, Palm Harbor, FL 34684. This position is for the Evening shift (3p-11p) and involves supervising staff and coordinating resident care to meet quality standards. Applicants must hold an active RN license.

SNF/Rehabilitation experience is preferred. A compassionate, dedicated caregiver who works well in a family/team environment is a strong fit for this role.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license to practice.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Candidates should be compassionate and dedicated to high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care per standards and regulations.
• Follows facility policies while coordinating resident care with team.
• Supervises CNAs during shifts, assigns work, trains staff, ensures standards are met.
• Other duties as assigned.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
