- Variable Hour and Part‑Time employees are measured for ACA Benefits eligibility over their first twelve months of employment. Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state where you will practice.
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification with a hands‑on component – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary.
- Valid TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
- Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
