Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking an RN Supervisor for our facility in Orlando, located at Aviata at Rosewood. The role covers day and night shifts (7a–7p and 7p–7a) with comprehensive benefits and overtime opportunities.

You will supervise nursing staff, oversee resident care, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with other personnel to maintain high-quality care. Active FL RN license and SNF/Rehab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active RN license in Florida.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Compassionate, dedicated to delivering quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care per standards and regulations.
• Coordinates resident care with facility personnel and follows policies.
• Supervises CNAs during shift, assigns tasks, trains staff, ensures standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
