Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a registered nurse to join our clinical team in a long-term care setting. You will provide direct patient care, perform essential assessments, document findings, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality service.

Posted Salary Range

USD $26.00 - $30.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed

• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred
