Job summary

Alliance Nursing offers dedicated 1:1 pediatric home health nursing for a medically complex child. The RN or LPN will provide ventilator and tracheostomy care, collaborate closely with the family, and ensure safe, compassionate treatment in the home setting.

New grads are welcome; paid training and ongoing clinical support are provided. Full-time or part-time day schedules are available, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching, plus PTO and sick leave from day one.

Qualifications

• Pediatric home health nursing experience preferred.
• LPN or RN license must be active in WA (or multi-state licenses accepted).
• Willingness to train on vent/trachCare and collaborate with families.

What You'll Do as a registered Nurse:

• Provide skilled, compassionate LPN or RN nursing care for a child with medical complexities, including ventilator and tracheostomy care.
• Work closely with the patient's family.
• Assess and implement care based on each child's unique needs.
• Document and communicate care plans effectively within a team that values collaboration and excellence.

Pay Range:

RN: $40-43 DOE
LPN: $30-35 DOE

• RN or LPN with a current Washington State license (Multi-state licenses from participating Compact States accepted).
