Alliance Nursing is seeking Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse candidates for Pediatric Home Health in Blaine, WA. We offer 1:1 care for medically complex children, including ventilator and tracheostomy support, with training provided and 24/7 clinical guidance.

What You'll Do as a registered Nurse:

• Provide skilled, compassionate LPN or RN nursing care for a child with medical complexities, including ventilator and tracheostomy care.
• Work closely with the patient's family.
• Assess and implement care based on each child's unique needs.
• Document and communicate care plans effectively within a team that values collaboration and excellence.

Pay Range:

RN: $40-43 DOE
LPN: $30-35 DOE

Who We're Looking For:

RN or LPN with a current Washington State license (Multi-state licenses from participating Compact States accepted).
