Job summary

Uniontown Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team in Uniontown, PA. The RN will provide direct patient care, assessments, treatments, and education, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will have an active PA RN license, strong documentation skills, and a commitment to resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in Pennsylvania
• Experience delivering direct patient care in a clinical setting preferred
• Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans and educate patients and families
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
