Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home nursing care to patients in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The role emphasizes one-to-one, patient-centered care delivered in patients' homes under a nurse-led team focused on dignity and outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, documenting care and observations, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Part-time daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Tennessee
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
• Home health experience preferred but not required
• Must pass pre-employment screenings

• Develop and follow individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
