AdviniaCare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as full-time, part-time, or per diem. The role offers a competitive salary, with a base pay of $41.00/hour plus shift differentials and an $8k sign-on bonus.

The organization provides senior living care across Massachusetts to Florida and values exceptional patient care daily. The RN will be responsible for individualized patient care, administering medications, and overseeing treatment plans while supporting patients

Qualifications

• Current MA Nursing License
• Active state licensure
• BLS and ACLS per American Heart Association
• Background check and drug screen
• Nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient care and promote and restore health.
• Assist with vital signs, assessments and treatment plans.
• Administer medications and manage wound care as prescribed.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort and emotional support for patients and families.

Job Description

The Nurse is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health. The Nurse provides physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. Duties include taking vital signs, performing assessments, administering medications, caring for wounds, and overseeing patient treatment plans. The Nurse will assure that the safety and physical comfort of the patient are met as well as the patient's emotional needs.
