Looking for a rewarding career in behavioral health? We want to hear from you! Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health is now seeking to fill Full-time and PRN Registered Nurse (RN) positions.

**Sign On Bonus Available for Full-Time Positions**

  • $10,000 bonus

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide care for patients with a variety of behavioral health disorders whose ages range from adolescent through geriatric. The RN is an integral part of the interdisciplinary treatment team and collaborates with members of the team to develop and implement collaborative care plans.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides direct care to patients on assigned unit.
  • Administers and documents prescribed medications and treatments.
  • Establishes therapeutic rapport with the patient, provides support and utilizes approved crisis intervention techniques.

Available Schedules

Full-time Day and night*, and PRN shifts

*Full-time RNs will be scheduled 7 shifts in a two-week period with alternating weekend days, rotating holidays, and are part of an emergency team.

Day: 7:00am to 7:30pm

Night: 7:00pm to 7:30am

Qualifications

Education

Graduate of an accredited college of nursing.

Experience

Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience preferred, but not required. New Graduates accepted.

Age-Specific Competencies

Child, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric

Licensure/Certification

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina. *New Graduates Accepted*

CPR/CPI Certification Required – provided upon hire.
