Job summary

Nora Springs Care Center, part of Legacy Healthcare LLC, is seeking staff nurses to join a friendly, caring and supportive team in Nora Springs, IA. Positions include 1st and 2nd shift full-time or part-time and PRN to cover needs across units.

You will supervise clinical staff on your assigned unit, ensure high standards of care, infection control, and staff education while supporting a positive facility culture. RN license required; SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required and current in Iowa or compact state
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
• Strong commitment to resident safety and care quality

As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Nora Springs Care Center by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident’s needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
