RN Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our nursing team, you will:

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standard of care for our residents.
• Uphold and enforce all current rules, regulations, and guidelines governing our facility.
• Keep nursing personnel aligned with their job descriptions for seamless operations.
• Participate in facility surveys as requested, showcasing our commitment to excellence.
• Conduct daily rounds within the Nursing Services Department, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Handle and resolve department personnel complaints and grievances professionally.

• Possess a valid RN License in the State of New York.
