The Springs Skilled Nursing & Therapy in Oklahoma is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and ensure accurate charting while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma RN license.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• 1+ year of RN experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatments; keep residents' charts current.
• Observe residents and document significant conditions; notify changes to appropriate parties.
• Take vital signs to detect deviations and assess residents' condition.
• Keep families and physicians informed of changes in resident health and medications.
• Modify care plans and ADLs as residents' condition changes.

Responsibilities and Purpose

• Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatment following approved nursing techniques. Ensure residents' chart is current.
• Observe residents and record significant conditions and reactions. Notify appropriate parties of residents' changes in condition and response to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
• Take vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess residents' condition.
• Keep residents' families and physicians informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, or health conditions.
• Modify residents' care plans, care directives, Activities of Daily Living (ADL), and Aide flow sheets in conjunction with residents' changes in condition.

Required Experience and Education

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
• One (1) or more years of experience in a skilled nursing or Long-term Care environment is preferred.
