Job Summary:

Accurately assesses residents' health, educational, and environmental needs; develops and revises care plans; communicates effectively with the interdisciplinary team; documents all assessments and interventions; responds to changes in condition with critical thinking; maintains professionalism during crises; monitors care delivery; participates in ongoing education; and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program resulting in RN licensure
• Current RN license in the state of employment
• CPR/AED certification (or willing to obtain within six months)
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Critical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and physical ability to perform job duties

Pay range: $29.39 - $48.20 per hour
