Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Indiana is seeking a Registered Nurse to implement, direct, communicate, and document the nursing process in accordance with the Indiana Nurse Practice Act and established standards. The RN will advocate for patients and collaborate with the team in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time, 12 Hour Night Shift position offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and comprehensive benefits starting on day one, with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN Indiana License; CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.
• Bedside or Operating Room experience preferred; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to established standards and Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
• Advocate for patients and document the nursing process accurately and timely.

As a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Health System you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Our RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Licensure: RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.
• Experience: Prefer Bedside or Operating Room experience, although new grads will be considered.
