Your Role as an RN:

• Deliver exceptional nursing care in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting.
• Monitor and assess resident health, ensuring timely interventions and treatment adjustments.
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments with precision and care.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers to develop personalized care plans.
• Guide and mentor LPNs and CNAs, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for residents.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Active RN License in the state of Ohio.
• CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).
