Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) non-exempt to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes per physician orders. You will document care, demonstrate clinical skills, and coordinate with case managers and supervisors to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Must hold an active RN license in the state of service, provide CPR certification, and complete required health screenings. Travel to home visits is expected in this highly variable work environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid/unencumbered RN license for the state where services are provided.
• CPR certification and TB results or chest x-ray documentation required.
• Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document skilled nursing care per plan of treatment and physician orders.
• Observe aseptic technique and administer medications as required by the care plan.
• Document clinical notes promptly and maintain professional conduct in all settings.
• Collaborate with Physicians, Case Managers, and health care team across visits.
