Job summary

Compass Intervention Center in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its 108-bed facility serving youth ages 10-17 with psychiatric, substance use, or dual diagnosis needs. Full-time roles include day and night shifts (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am) with a $10,000 bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Compass Intervention Center is a 108 bed, free standing facility that treats children and teens, ages 10 to 17, struggling with a psychiatric, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis disorder. Our treatment programs focus on youth and families struggling with emotional, behavioral, and chemical dependency issues. We provide specialized, individual treatment to help every patient achieve a positive outcome.
