Compass Intervention Center, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our 108-bed facility serving youth with psychiatric, substance abuse, or dual diagnoses. We offer 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am shifts, a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires, and a supportive environment focused on patient care and professional growth.

Compass Intervention Center is a 108 bed, free standing facility that treats children and teens, ages 10 to 17, struggling with a psychiatric, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis disorder. Our treatment programs focus on youth and families struggling with emotional, behavioral, and chemical dependency issues. We provide specialized, individual treatment to help every patient achieve a positive outcome.
